Jennie Wade, MEd, RD, LD
Jennie Wade is a registered dietitian with a Master’s Degree in Nutrition Education, currently pursuing a Master’s Degree in Psychology. Her ten years experience in the eating disorder field includes work with the Christ Hospital Intensive Outpatient Program, the Northern Kentucky Wellness Collaborative, Well-Centered, and the Cincinnati Psychotherapy Institute. Jennie currently works as a consulting dietitian for Xavier University’s McGrath Health and Counseling Center and maintains her private practice providing one-on-one nutrition and wellness counseling.

 

Amy Bellamah-Daniel, RN, RD, LD
Amy Bellamah-Daniel is both a Registered Dietitian and Registered Nurse. She has worked in the field of eating disorders for 11 years, eight of which were at The Christ Hospital Eating Disorder Intensive Outpatient Program. For the past four years, Amy has maintained a private practice specializing in the treatment of disordered eating. Amy is passionate about her work and enjoys working with clients to help support and empower them to meet their goals for normalized eating and a balanced lifestyle.

 

Clinical Psychologist

 

Dr. Carolyn Fluhart, PhD, LLC
Carolyn Fluhart is a Clinical Psychologist who has worked in a wide variety of clinical settings since 1971. She has been in private practice for 10 years, and specialized in work with eating disorder clients at two eating disorder programs, Acoria in Hyde Park and the Cincinnati Psychotherapy Institute. Carolyn received her Ph.D. from the University of Cincinnati in 1983. She currently maintains a full-time private practice with two offices, one in West Chester and one in Amelia, Ohio. Although she does see both adults and adolescents with a variety of problems, she continues to specialize in the treatment of clients with eating disorders.

 

Eating Disorder Therapist

 

Madelon Rudman Clark, MSW, LISW
Madelon Rudman Clark is a Licensed Independent Social Worker who has worked in the mental health field since l967. She has over 15 years experience working with eating disorder clients. For five years she worked for the Christ Hospital Intensive Eating Disorder Outpatient Program where she served as group leader, lecturer and coordinator of the program. Madelon has also led numerous treatment groups for Binge Eaters. She currently maintains a private practice in Sharonville, Ohio and is on the teaching faculty of the Contemporary Gestalt Institute of Cincinnati.

 

Family Therapist

 

Neil D. Trask, MSSW, LISW
Neil Trask has practiced in the mental health field for over 30 years, half of that time at inpatient and outpatient psychiatric facilities. He has also been in private practice for the last 21 years. Neil was the family therapist at The Christ Hospital’s Eating Disorder Intensive Outpatient Program for six years, and continues at The Christ Hospital’s Outpatient Alcohol & Drug Services. He has received postgraduate training at the Gestalt Institute of Cleveland, master therapist group with Carl Whitaker, M.D., Southern Ohio Family Institute with Eric Emery, Ph.D., and advanced work with David Berenson, M.D. Neil’s approach is supportive. He strives to offer families insight and practical tools. His goal is to help families more effectively respond to if not resolve their relationship issues.

 

Certified Personal Trainer

 

Amy Smith, BS, CPT
Amy Smith has been a Certified Personal Trainer with Aerobic and Fitness Association of America since 2002. She received her Bachelor of Science from the University of Cincinnati in Health Promotion and Education. Amy was a Personal Fitness Trainer at Beechmont Racket and Fitness Club until she opened her own in-home service, called Workouts for Women, in 2006. Amy is excited to share her movement-based expressive therapy as a way for participants to increase body awareness and build self-acceptance.
